Perfect! I am certainly not well versed in scripture I haven’t even read half of the Bible. Even I wish to argue at times with others and question the church’s direction on some issues. A position they take that seems to directly refute what to me scripture actually states. But I attempt to keep my tongue in check. Not easily done I’ve Irish in me. I realize that I have a hard enough time correcting myself and staying in Christ or seeing Sin before I attempt to commit them at times. How can I possibly teach or even correct others. I just feel so inadequate.

Excellent article. Truth spoken with compassion. Today’s society has pushed for quick cancellation rather than questioning and understanding of another’s viewpoint or how they came to that viewpoint. Jesus desires for us to search the scriptures. Today’s society has largely walked away from that, which is causing a lot of chaos. Thank you for writing such great thoughts and motivating us to search out the truth. As you stated, we are all at different stages of understanding things, so we should remember that when we speak with others.

Very good article again. Your articles are to make a person think which we all should be doing. Thank-you

Excellent article, again, Iron Quill. On reading this I am reminded of the scripture, 2 Tim 2:15 "Study to show yourself approved by God."

In over 50 years of following Christ I have reevaluated my understanding in several areas humbled myself before the Lord, and learned there are different trails to the top of the mountain as long as we all arrive at the proper and designated pinnacle, Jesus Christ, Lord of all.
