A FINAL NOTE FROM LEAD FEATHER

I’ve been thinking on this for a while.

Longer than I’d like to admit.

This platform started as something rough. A bit unpolished. A bit stubborn. Kind of like me, if I’m being honest.

And I was there for that part of it.

I helped where I could. Took a few swings. Missed a few too.

But I stayed.

Long enough to see what this was becoming.

And that’s the thing about time… it has a way of telling you the truth if you’re willing to listen.

This isn’t something finding its way anymore.

It’s something being sharpened.

And sharpening doesn’t leave room for hesitation.

So I had a conversation that needed to be had.

Clear. Honest. No dancing around it.

And we both knew the answer before it was said out loud.

It’s time.

No bitterness. No hard feelings.

Just the kind of understanding you get when two people see the same road and know they’re meant to walk different parts of it.

I’m not disappearing.

I’m just stepping out of the way of something that deserves to be carried properly.
